Virtual Assistant Task Management Tool
VA+ is a new secure online software tool for Virtual Assistants to manage their business more effectively, improving project management and providing transparency with their individual clients on task progress.
VA+ Features and Benefits:
Project Timer: Log activity using a start/stop timer tool and easily track expenses relating to specific tasks. The time block and rate can be individually set for clients or a default applied across the system.
Task Management: Keep full task details in a secure place with worksheets that sub divide a task into related elements, worksheets can be set as recurring, key dates, progress notes, contact log, track time and expenses and keep relating documents all available in one place.
To Do List: non-task related actions, set deadlines, priorities and save supporting documents.

Calendar: View all deadlines, key dates etc in a calendar.

Invoicing: Create for a particular task or from monthly activity and expense report.
Quoting: Keep all quotes in one place and relating to clients. Invoices can be created from the quotes to reduce bookkeeping time.
Document Vault: A secure place where client files, documents and project details can be backed up and retained, to aid with disaster recovery.
VA Directory: VA's can be listed in a searchable directory as an additional line of marketing. VA's can be searched on services or geographical location.
