Fish in Custard specialises in working with small to medium-sized businesses in the Thames Valley area. We offer a unique service to our clients with our bespoke virtual office support that’s geared to your business and its particular needs.

Usually, there are two types of businesses we work with - sole traders and partnerships. Whatever their requirements from enquiry management to marketing or website development, we can provide versatile but efficient office support.
We also work with medium-sized enterprises that may have grown in size with 5-50 employees. They may want to increase their workload or portfolio but don’t have the capacity to do so. Our experienced team of Custard Managers will work with the company for a three to six-month period to see them through this transition period. During this time, the operations manual we create becomes a practical guide to driving the business forward to the next level. Towards the end of this period, we will even help recruit and train the right staff for the company.
